Duval (François Cluzet), an alcoholic rehab, unsuccessfully looking for work after suffering a nervous breakdown. One day a man asks a mysterious spy organization proposed shorthand private telephone conversations. Duval accept the offer. Listening to the cassette number 6 breaks the monotony of the job.
